  21. Heard it as well. ESCOM wasn't interested in Amiga after all, then.

  26. Could be but they COULD build a machine which incorporates set-top box and
  27. network computer in one which gives much better appeal to customers, I
  28. think.

  35. It's not the same situation as Commodore went bankrupt. Amiga Tech. still
  36. exists and will continue development of Amiga (I hope). But it could be the
  37. case that ESCOM wanted to make money by buying Commodore cheaply and sell
  38. it at higher value. Probably that's why they didn't make Amiga in house,
  39. let Phase5 to develop PowerAmiga and not really selling Amiga from ESCOM
  40. outlets.
